Delivery Policy
At Folia Farm, we take great care in delivering our fresh duck and beautiful flowers to our customers. We offer personalized shipment direct to your door to ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to keep your products fresh and secure during transit. There are no shipping costs.
FLOWERS
Orders must be placed by 5pm on the day BEFORE requested delivery date.
Delivered Tuesday - Friday from 9am to noon. Delivery day and time can be requested at Checkout. Complete "ADD DELIVERY DATE/TIME" comment section.
DUCKS
Orders must be placed between Wednesday to Monday for delivery on the following Wednesday.
Processed on Tuesdays, delivered on Wednesdays. The exact date for Wednesday delivery can be requested at Checkout. Complete "ADD DELIVERY DATE/TIME" comment section.

Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, but we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
